ATENÇÃO CANDIDATOS AO PROCESSO SELETIVO UESC:
NOTA DE ESCLARECIMENTO
A comissão de seleção esclarece que está mantido o exame escrito do processo seletivo, que será aplicado no dia 23 de março, das 9:00 às 13:30 (horário local). No entanto, considerando a situação de risco sem precedentes, apresentada pela atual pandemia do COVID19, que levou a adoção das mais diversas políticas por diferentes países, limitando o acesso aos locais dos exames, estamos mudando o procedimento de nosso exame. Por favor, prestem atenção às seguintes instruções:
Das 8:50 às 9:00 (horário local) do dia 23 de março, cada candidato receberá um e-mail do comitê de seleção (mensagem ASSUNTO: PROCESSO DE SELEÇÃO 2020), contendo uma cópia em PDF do artigo científico e um arquivo word com a folha de perguntas;
Os candidatos poderão imprimir o artigo ou, se preferirem, lê-lo em seus computadores, mas são obrigados a responder as perguntas escrevendo à mão em papel;
Cada pergunta deve ser respondida em folha(s) independente(s), cada uma contendo o nome do candidato, número da pergunta respondida e assinatura pessoal;
Os candidatos terão até às 13:30, horário local, para enviar as folhas de respostas (cópia digital usando um scanner ou aplicativo móvel) para o email pgecologia@uesc.br, com o seguinte texto no assunto da mensagem: "nome do candidato / seleção 2020";
Os formatos aceitos para o arquivo das respostas são pdf e jpeg;
Pedimos desculpas por qualquer inconveniente em relação a essas mudanças, mas, em nome de nossa instituição, estamos fazendo o possível para garantir a continuidade do processo seletivo, em uma circunstância sem paralelo na nossa história.

attention to candidates for the UESC selection process
NOTE OF CLARIFICATION:
The selection committee confirm that the written exam is maintained on March 23, from 9:00 am to 1:30 pm (local time). However, considering the unprecedented hazardous situation posed by the current COVID19 pandemic, which led to idiosyncratic policies adopted by each country ultimately limiting access to the exam venues, we are changing the procedure of our exams. Please, pay attention to the following instructions:
From 8:50 to 9:00hs (local time) of the March 23, each candidate will receive an email from the selection committee (message SUBJECT: 2020 SELECTION PROCESS) containing a pdf copy of the scientific article and a word file with the questions sheet;
Candidates can either print the article or read it on their computers but are required to answer the questions by handwriting on paper;
Each question should be answered on an independent sheet(s), each containing the candidate´s name, the number of the question and a personal signature;
Candidates will have until 13:30 local time to send the answer sheets (digital copy using a scanner or a mobile app) by email to pgecologia@uesc.br, with the following subject: candidate´s name / selection process 2020;
File format accepted are either pdf or jpeg;
We apologize for any inconvenient regarding such changes but, in the name of our institution, we are trying our best to assure the continuity of the selection process under such an unparalleled circumstance.
